“We began using Clippd in the summer of 2022. And in our first season with them, we set a program record for total number of wins in a season and we won the 2023 NCAA championship. I think Clippd has been really important in our success.” Ryan Potter, Associate Head Coach, Wake Forest, 2023 NCAA DI National Champions
“We got Clippd as soon as I started at Florida State. I've used it my whole time here. It's been really helpful for me to reflect after each round and then know what I need to work on. Being able to compare myself to the LPGA average or LPGA top 25 has been really helpful to see where I'm at compared to the level I want to get to.” Lottie Woad, 2024 ANWA & ANNIKA Collegiate Champion, Florida State
“I'd recommend Clippd to junior players because of all the different information that it gives you. I think it's super helpful for the good and the bad, which are both equally as important. You want your good stuff to stay good and you want your bad stuff to get better. I think it's super helpful if you're wanting to play college golf.” Anna Morgan, 2023 North & South Amateur Champion & 8-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Furman
“We have a feel of what we need to work on but we never see the stone cold numbers and the facts. [Clippd] gives us reassurance that we know what we're doing is right or it tells us that we're going down the wrong rabbit hole.” Christo Lamprecht, WAGR No.1 & 2023 British Amateur Champion, Georgia Tech
“[Clippd] tells you when you're playing your best golf what's most important to your game for you to play well, which I think is very interesting.” Jensen Castle, 2021 US Women’s Amateur Champion, University of Kentucky
“I knew my strengths in my game, I knew my weaknesses, but I didn't know how much better I could get. That's what I've got through Clippd.” Katherine Cook, Florida State
“We have a group of guys who love golf and love the pursuit of getting as good as they possibly can. They use the app to give them reliable feedback on their lowest hanging fruit. That's a big term that we use a lot. It looks different for everybody because it is an individual sport and people have different strengths and weaknesses of their game.” Devin Stanton, Assistant Coach, Georgia Tech men’s team
“Clippd has definitely contributed to our success, which has all been down to player improvement. We're talking about exactly where you need to improve and being realistic with it. Being able to dive a lot deeper into the data means the guys take ownership of it. We don't have to call it out. When they have it on their own, it's much more powerful.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“It's one thing for coaches to read the data, but when you have a place you can comment on rounds or you can look at what to work on or quick wins, the players like to see that. We've seen our players engage more with that side of it, getting that feedback for them.” Mary Lou Mulfur, Head Coach, University of Washington, 2016 NCAA DI Champions
“I've improved my game and Clippd has helped me a lot. I've been recording all my practice and every single round I play, even if it's just a random round of golf at home. It's been great to be able to see what part of my game I need to work on. Focusing on those little parts has allowed me to maximise my practice and it’s helped me with my game. I can really see the improvement.” Margot Roquette, 3-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Sacred Heart
“I think Clippd is fantastic for the younger generation. I wish I had access to it sooner. What Clippd really provides those young players is a chance to actually see their growth.” Padgett Chitty, 2021 GSGA Women’s Matchplay Champion, Georgia State
“Why I'm such a believer in Clippd is that if you choose to put in a little bit of time and effort and keep your stats, all you have to do is just turn it in and then Clippd gives you all the info.” Scott Simpson, 1987 US Open Champion & Head Coach, University of Hawaii
“I find Clippd really fun to look at. It’s appealing to the eye when you look at your stats but it's also very clear. You see what you need to work on, what you're doing well in the different aspects of the game.” Andrea Lignell, 3rd place at 2023 ANWA, 3-time individual collegiate tournament winner & 2 time All American First Team, Ole Miss
“The number of things that you can look into is a good amount of information, but it's not overwhelming. Clippd different charts and graphs and stats that you can look into and our players have really, really enjoyed that aspect of it.” Ryan Potter, Associate Head Coach, Wake Forest, 2023 NCAA DI National Champions
“It's very clean for us as coaches. It's very user friendly and the information is given in a way that's very easy for me to dissect and figure out okay, we've got this going on over here.” Mary Lou Mulflur, Head Coach, University of Washington, 2016 NCAA DI National Champions
“The way that Clippd lays it out makes it so easy for me to understand and really makes me excited about how I can improve because it's so visual. It makes it easy for me to organise my practice.” Caley McGinty, GB&I Curtis Cup & 7-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Ohio State
“It's the best data app I've ever seen for golf. It's so visual and it just tells you so much detail. I don't think there's anything else out there like Clippd.” Emily Marron, Head Coach, University of Central Florida women’s team
“The platform is very interactive and our players actually love putting their stats in, in the past, we've had to ask them to get them in and had to bug them, but now they do it right after they're around and they begin looking at the platform right after they're done. And I just think that has a lot to do with how great the platform is.” Ryan Potter, Associate Head Coach, Wake Forest, 2023 NCAA DI National Champions
“Any time we play in a tournament, we log our stats hole by hole. It’s really nice to be able to do that during the round. You don't have to finish 18 holes and then pull your phone out and go through hole by hole.” Jensen Castle, 2021 US Women’s Amateur Champion, University of Kentucky
“Clippd really gives the players something that they're excited about in terms of seeing their progress. A big part of it is definitely getting the guys to do it and that's something that Clippd makes it a lot easier to do.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“Clippd gives you the [Shot Quality] score for each shot. It tells you just realistically how that shot was. It gives you realistic expectations of how good that shot should be. I think that's beneficial because it gives you a realistic comparison of what to expect and how you should be playing.” Anna Morgan, 2023 North & South Amateur Champion, 8-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Furman
“[Shot Quality] gives the players something where they can see direct correlation between not just strokes gained being PGA tour average, but NCAA Div 1 average. There are different benchmarks there. The other thing is it takes in more factors than just traditional Strokes Gained. To me, that's the biggest benefit of the Shot Quality: it's taking in weather, whether you're short -sided, a lot of other factors that just traditional Strokes Gained doesn't pick up. Shot Quality is taking in more data and more factors. That's where I think the biggest benefit is.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“I like Clippd because I can record my practice and see if my Player Quality is going up and everything that I'm working on is moving in the right direction. Having the confidence of seeing my game in Clippd knowing that I'm trending upwards is really helpful.” Caley McGinty, GB&I Curtis Cup & 7-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Ohio State
“I never quite realised how bad my wedges were until Clippd [showed me]. That was a big eye opener.” Christo Lamprecht, WAGR No.1 & 2023 British Amateur Champion, Georgia Tech
“Being able to break down your last five or 10 rounds and seeing what the trends are is very beneficial. What's changed recently? It might be an area of your game that has been historically really strong but might have fallen off a little bit. Maybe we have been working too much on trying to get our weaknesses to become strengths that we have forgotten about our strengths a little bit. I really do appreciate the fact that you can look at those, you can break it down to see the recent trends.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“If you want to shoot low scores, you’ve got to work on the things that are going to matter. That's why I love Clippd, it's going to show you exactly.” Scott Simpson, 1987 US Open Champion & Head Coach, University of Hawaii
“It has definitely helped me to plan my practice. After each event, I'll review that week and see what areas are good, what areas I need to work on. And then I'll make my practice plan and shift that more towards those areas.” Lottie Woad, 2024 ANWA & ANNIKA Collegiate Champion, Florida State
“Clippd told me that I was a lot better than I realized for wedges and proximity to the hole. I knew my putting needed work but I didn't know how many shots I was losing from my putting and how much work it needed in some areas. What I've really focused on the last year is short game and putting. Clippd shows the percentage of how important each area of your game is.” Anna Morgan, 2023 North & South Amateur Champion & 8-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Furman
“For a coach, we know what they need to work on, but to be able to show them exactly in our meetings is helpful. We can get really detailed, and in our traditional stats we would have been ever able to see that. Now we don't have to say what our opinion is. We just show them this is what you need.” Emily Marron, Head Coach, University of Central Florida women’s team
“What To Work On focuses on the quick wins and what area of your game has helped you the most in the past. It might just be building on your strengths and making sure that your strengths are really firing on all cylinders. The biggest thing I've changed my perspective on is Instead of working on weaknesses, especially in between tournaments where you only have three, five days, even a week and a half, just really tightening up what you're best at. If you can be really confident in one area of your game and you know that that's going well, then you're probably going to have a good week.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“Clippd does a really good job of highlighting certain areas that need improvement. Clippd makes it clear with the yardage breakdowns, so it’s nice to know this is exactly what I need to be working on. You're not lost on what to do.” Caitlyn Macnab, 2022 & 2023 WGCA All American & 2-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Ole Miss
“I always believed that putting was a big thing that I was never really good at. I never saw it as a strength in my game. But when I started using Clippd, it consistently showed me that it was a strength and it was actually helping my scoring. For me, it just really helped frame my narrative. When I’m on the greens, I now know this is the strength of my game and this is helping me score. Seeing that just really helps.” Caley McGinty, GB&I Curtis Cup & 7-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Ohio State
“One of the things that Clippd does really well is it doesn't only show you what you have to work on, but it shows you what you do when you're playing really well, when you're playing your best. To keep pushing your strengths forward is something that is really important as well.” Lauren Walsh, LET pro and 2023 NCAA Div 1 Champion with Wake Forest
“The most important thing in Clippd is the What To Work On and the importance of things in your game. I like to look at that little circle where it shows you what's important for you and what makes you score low. I know that if I focus on that, I'm going to score low.” Margot Roquette, 3-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Sacred Heart
“I love the Clippd practice drills. It's really fun when you have someone else who does it that you follow on Clippd so you can make it a competition. If I have 30 minutes and I don't quite know what I want to work on, I can just put on one of those drills. That's just really nice to have.” Padgett Chitty, 2021 GSGA Women’s Matchplay Champion, Georgia State
“It’s not only rounds that are important, it's important you record all your activities, even just doing a putting drill or something out on the range. Let's say you do something useful before a tournament and then the tournament goes really well, you can research that first activity and do it before other tournaments.” Margot Roquette, 3-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Sacred Heart
“The biggest one is the wedge ladder. That's a big separator between your average college player and the guys at the top is they know what 92 yards is and they're able to get it within three yards most of the time. Having that right there on Clippd capture is very beneficial, especially as we've got a GC quad. We can just get those numbers, put it in the app, and you can really see your progress. The more you do it and you can just see the direct correlation there and the improvements. That breeds a lot of confidence.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“I've been putting a lot of drills for lag putting in Clippd and I've been able to see the improvements. My whole life people have been telling me you're a really long hitter, you can just focus on your short game. With Clippd I've been able to do that. I've been looking at what I need to work on and I've just been focusing on those little parts and step by step it's coming together.” Margot Roquette, 3-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Sacred Heart
“Once my players know the areas they can improve quickly in they are able to record practice drills to make sure that every session is quantifiable. As a coach I preach ‘Challenging, Rewarding and Measurable’ drills that infuse emotion and test skill levels in practice will create experiences that allow your practice to transfer to competition. Clippd has definitely been a big support” Marc Chandonnet, Head Coach of University of Seattle men’s and women’s teams
"Clippd has played a large part in my improvement, for sure. I've really gotten into it. I especially love it for post rounds. I'm able to see the good and the bad, which is especially what I like because I'm so quick to judge the bad part of my game and sometimes forget about the good stuff. So for it to tell you the top three things you're good at, top three things you need to work on is super beneficial.” Anna Morgan, 2023 North & South Amateur Champion & 8-time individual collegiate tournament winner, Furman
Clippd really does a good job of showing you the positives of a bad round. It doesn't just show that you played bad. Instead, it shows that you might have played badly but look at how great your driving stats were. I just think Clippd is a great tool for that and showing progress and keeping young players positive.” Padgett Chitty, 2021 GSGA Women’s Matchplay Champion, Georgia State
"Recruitment is about relationships and making sure that the players find the best place for them. It is one of the biggest decisions you'll make in your life. Having all that data for a potential recruit, that's a big deal. The more data we have on those players makes for a much easier decision.” Michael Schaloum, Assistant Coach, Grand Canyon University men’s team
“I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking to get to college because it's really the best way to know what you need to work on.” Lottie Woad, 2024 ANWA & ANNIKA Collegiate Champion, Florida State
“I think Clippd is fantastic for the younger generation. I wish I had access to it sooner. BWhat Clippd really provides those young players is a chance to actually see their growth.” Padgett Chitty, 2021 GSGA Women’s Matchplay Champion, Georgia State
“If I had somebody talking to me about the improvements that you can make in your game through a stats program when I was a junior golfer, 1,000% I would've been more open to using one.” Katherine Cook, Florida State
“In the recruiting process, you may watch somebody play a total of 50 holes over an entire summer. That's not that much. So to be able to look at the data would definitely be helpful, for sure.” Devin Stanton, Assistant Coach, Georgia Tech men’s team
